Overview: Ministerial Legalization – official authentication and certification (attestation) of a UAE official document by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), which confirms that the document has full legal effect and may be used in that foreign country.

Ministerial legalization is required when you need to use a UAE official document outside the UAE, in a foreign country.
